Hot soup in summer? Absolutely! Roasted San Marzano tomatoes, carrot, celery, basil, rosemary, thyme, a little heat from red chili flake, finished with pecorino and fresh cream. Some things still hit just right year round.
Sangria season, but make it cake. Vanilla soaked in plum-red wine syrup, mandarin custard, plum-red wine buttercream. The Summer Sangria Layer Cake is here (and she’s so cute!).
