We took apart a pumpkin pie and rebuilt it for breakfast. The filling becomes spiced pumpkin butter, swirled through thick greek yogurt. The crust becomes a graham cracker crumble. Maple brings the sweetness, and fresh orange keeps every bite bright
Come on in, let’s get cozy! Our communal tables have been a staple in our space from the start, and we think it’s the perfect place to share a bite with old friends, or meet some new.
Our huevos rancheros start with local eggs from @highspirehillsfarm cooked sunny side up and set over corn tortillas with chorizo, our housemade ranchero sauce, and a street corn blend. Then come the layers: creamy avocado, salty cotija, bright pic
Our housemade granola starts the same way many of our favorite things do: by hand, in smaller batches, with thoughtfully chosen ingredients. We toss together hearty oats, pecans, almonds, pumpkin seeds, flax, and coconut, then sweeten everything wit
