Gold River Organic Farm - Alan Pearse-
Supply our organic baby leaf salad amongst other veg/fruit when in season & available. We text them our order 24hrs in advance, then it gets harvested and delivered to us within hours of being picked! They are located in Aughrim, Co. Wicklow.

Mitchell & Son - Gerry Mitchel
Our butcher in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow. He's located opposite our Veg man less then 10k from the shop. We didn't pick him because we're lazy, lot's of friends & family recommended him. We get our beef from him & he makes his own sausages infused with black pudding, rasher, tomato & secret blend of spices. Yum.

Wicklow Farmhouse Cheese - Brian & Bernie Hempenstall
Wicklow Farmhouse Cheeses are our main cheese suppliers & offer multi-award winning cheeses that are to die for (almost). They have a dairy fam in Curranstown, Arklow, Co. Wicklow. The buttermilk we use to make our breads come from them too. The cows need to be milked twice a day,7 days a week, with some time to make cheese in between!

Millstream - Brian & PJ
Our fish suppliers. Millstream have a gorgeous shop based in Enniscorthy Co. Wexford where they also have their own smoking rooms for naturally smoking their fish ( I didn't know that companies can spray "smoke" their fish and still call it smoked)

Crockers Organic Farm - Gary & Martha Crocker
Crockers supply our organice free-range eggs to us which we retail. They are one of Aimée's neighbours in Glenealy, Co. Wicklow.

Three Wells Dairy - Enda - Ice Cream from Aughrim, Co. Wicklow. Enda & family have 50 Dairy cows on their farm in Aughrim. Their family has a history of Dairy farming. They make gorgeous wicklow ice-cream that is available here at the Café. Made using old-fashioned methods, using locally sourced ingredients. You're sure it's pure.

Brittas Bay Honey - Joe Good
Joe has 70 Apiaries dotted around Co. Wicklow and has been keeping bees since he was a wee lad. He's supplied us with some pure honey & honeycombs for retail. It's been a bad few years for bees so we hope to have some honey for retail again in April.

DeliciousGluten Free Bakery in Co. Cork.
We called the coeliac society of Ireland and asked them to recommend a supplier for our Gluten Free snacks & bread & they recommended Delicious Bakery. Even if you're not a coeliac & we think their Macaroon & Tiffins are gorgeous! They've won some great taste awards too which they're thrilled about.

Nicky's Farmshop in Kilcoole
Nicky's supply our veg. They will try and source locally when possible. For example at the moment we are using locally grown tomatoes which are extremely tasty. They make daily trips to the veg market in town and leave at about 5am every morning!

Kells Wholemeal - Mosse Family
Kell's make a wide range of artisan wholemeal flours using traditional methods. They produce their Stoneground Wholemeal at the Little Mill in Bennettsbridge. The mill has a long history and is the only commercial mill of its kind still in operation.

Matthew Algie - Tiki Coffee
Tiki Coffee is uniquely triple certified - Fairtrade, Organic and Rainforest Alliance. Triple shot please.

Italicatessan - Newtownmountkennedy
Importers of fine Italian foods, sauces & meats. They supply us with our oils & anything Italian we may use in the cafe - we also stock a small amount of their products for retail.

Helen G Jams
Handmade in Co. Laois. Helen G jam is the nicest jam we tasted. We stock raspberry, blackurrant, marmalade....

North Wicklow FREE RANGE Eggs - Catríona Douglas
Catríona supplies all the eggs that we use for baking & some for retail from her flock of free ranging hens. Their farm is located ,oh I would guess, about 1.5km from the cafe, certainly within walking distance!

McCann's Apple Juice
From the apple county - Co. Armagh. We simply really liked this juice & the company.
